Boeing is conducting a site cleanup of a historically polluted site to meet strict water quality standards.  The landowner’s goal is to donate the site as an open space preserve after clean-up is complete.  As project manager, Megan collaborated with a team of engineers and water quality experts and led the conceptual and construction document development for the educational landscape design in and around the biofilters.   She met the client’s objectives to enhance bee habitat, native ecology, provide public and maintenance access, and educational elements.  The design team received a 2013 CASQA award for Outstanding Stormwater BMP Implementation Project.
